Pacific Edge Diagnostics USA, an innovative cancer detection testing company is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Veterans Administration Accounts to join its team. This individual's primary responsibility will be to create clinical pathway adoption of Pacific Edge products within the Veterans Administration by credentialing within the facilities, establishing facility-level or VISN-level budgets by institutional selling to urology, pathology and executive leadership call points.

Job duties will include:
- Selling the clinical value and health economic value of implementing clinical pathways that include Cxbladder products to pathologists, urologists, and financial decision makers.
- Working with Medical Affairs and Market Access Teams to provide clinical utility evidence and health economic modelling that support the establishment of facility and VISN-level budgets at the VA.
- In-servicing Veterans Association accounts for Cxbladder; developing facility-specific and VISN-level Account Plans for the VA System
- Represent Pacific Edge during tradeshows as required
- Achieve sales goals while staying within the company's assigned budget
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field AND 8+ years progressive experience in molecular diagnostic, medical device, or urology sales with a focus on VA Accounts and/or Institutional Accounts; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated successful experience in diagnostics sales
- Knowledge of urology, pathology, or cancer diagnostic workflows preferred
- Strategic Selling qualifications or experience with Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, Miller-Heiman, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, balancing multiple priorities while driving toward clarity, solutions, and measurable outcomes.
- Use of Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
- Well organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple institutional accounts
